Easy Peasy Pork Steaky

This one is fairly easy and it turned out really well too, perfect for working wives and moms out there! You can also marinate this ahead of time so that the pork can further absorb the marinade.

You will need:

·         Pork Chops
·         Calamansi juice
·         White or Red Onions (sliced into rings)
·         Pepper
·         Soy Sauce

How to make:

1. Mix calamansi juice, onions, soy sauce and pepper.
2. Add in the pork chops and marinate preferably overnight or for at least 2 hours.
3.  Place the marinated pork chops along with the marinade in a big pan and simmer until soft.
(note: some fry the pork chops first but I didn’t really want to add oil to the dish)
4.  Serve warm and top with fresh onion rings.

See, easy peasy right? J
